A small Shenzhen team focused on one thing: getting OPS PC modules into the hands of buyers in markets where reliable Chinese supply is hard to find.

Why this company exists.

If you've tried buying OPS PC modules from China, you know the gauntlet: dozens of Alibaba storefronts that all look identical, factory salespeople who only respond to questions during their working hours, and resellers who add 20–30% margins while adding zero value.

Meanwhile, distributors in Russia, the Gulf states, and Latin America face a specific problem: they need certified products (EAC for Russia, full CE for GCC, FCC for the Americas) with predictable lead times, in mixed quantities, with someone who actually replies the same day in English they can understand.

ShenzhenOPS exists for that gap. We're not a factory pretending to be a service. We're a Shenzhen-based service that works with established factories — and we're transparent about it. Our value isn't in being the cheapest source; it's in being the reliable one.

How we work.

We operate as a brand and an export service. Standard products ship under our SZO series, engineered with Shenzhen partner factories that have collectively shipped over 100,000 OPS modules globally with CE, FCC, RoHS, and EAC certifications.

For orders of 50 units or more, we offer white-label production: your brand name, your SKUs, your packaging, your spec sheets. ShenzhenOPS doesn't appear anywhere in your end customer's experience. NDAs signed before any specification exchange.

For smaller orders, products ship under the SZO brand from stock or with 15–25 day lead times. We support mixed-SKU containers, pre-shipment QC photography, and consolidated freight to your nearest port.

What we won't do.

We won't pretend to be a factory we don't own. The OPS modules we ship are produced by experienced Shenzhen manufacturers — we're proud to work with them, and we're upfront with every customer about it. If you need to visit the production line during your order, we arrange it.

We won't ghost you after the deposit. The single point of contact you start with — usually Vincent Yu — stays with you through quoting, production, QC, shipping, and aftersales. No account-manager rotation, no support tickets disappearing into a black hole.

We won't sell you something that doesn't fit. If your project needs a feature outside our standard SZO range, we'll either custom-spec it or refer you to a better-fit supplier. Honesty compounds; lies don't.

Transparency about supply chain

We don't claim to own factories we don't own. The partner factories are real, certified, and willing to host on-site QC visits when project size justifies it.

Replies in under 24 hours

Even on Saturday. Even during Chinese New Year (we set expectations clearly in advance). If we can't deliver within the timeframe quoted, we say so upfront — not after the deposit.

Certification before discount

EAC, CE, FCC, and RoHS aren't optional add-ons. They're standard. Saving $5 per unit on uncertified products that get rejected at customs is not saving money.
